No, our team arrives fully equipped with all necessary cleaning products and equipment. We use premium, eco-friendly products that are non-toxic, biodegradable, and safe for children and pets. If you have preferred products you would like us to use, we are happy to accommodate that request at no extra charge.
Absolutely. Every Vaxlimo team member undergoes a thorough DBS (Disclosure and Barring Service) background check before employment. We also carry £5 million public liability insurance, giving you complete peace of mind that your home and belongings are protected during every visit.
We understand that plans change. You may cancel or reschedule your booking free of charge up to 24 hours before the scheduled appointment. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance may incur a charge of 50% of the booking value. This policy helps us ensure our cleaners are fairly compensated for reserved time.
Not at all. Many of our clients provide a spare key or arrange access through their building's concierge. Your property is fully insured during our visit, and our cleaners are trained to secure your home upon departure. We can also work with smart locks or key safes for convenient, contactless access.
Your satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely happy with any aspect of our service, please contact us within 24 hours and we will send a team back to re-clean the areas in question at absolutely no additional cost. This is our 100% satisfaction guarantee, and it applies to every single booking.
